You define the need for protection of your data on the basis of the consequences for the data subjects in the event of publication:

• There is no need to protect publicly accessible information. Data destruction is not necessary.
• There is a low need for protection for data whose improper handling could affect the data subject's social standing or economic circumstances (keyword "reputation").
• A medium level of protection is required for data whose improper handling could significantly impair the social position or economic circumstances of the data subject (keyword "existence"). In this case, destruction at security level 3 or higher would be sufficient.
• A high level of protection is required for data whose improper handling could impair the health, life or freedom of the data subject. In this case, data should be destroyed in accordance with security level 4 or higher.
