How exactly does the destruction of hard disks and data carriers work on site?
We arrive on site at the agreed time with our destruction vehicle, including our own power supply. The truck can be parked anywhere on the company premises and in data center security zones.
The hard disks to be destroyed are destroyed under the supervision of your employees. The serial numbers can be recorded or compared with an existing list. Video documentation of the destruction process is also possible. We are happy to discuss and take into account individual requirements or specifications.
Which special devices or technologies are used on site?
Our mobile shredder has been specially developed for the secure destruction of data media. It is powerful enough to destroy a large number of data carriers in a short time and guarantees that the data is irrevocably deleted.
We also use equipment according to requirements, e.g. scanners for recording serial numbers, cameras for documenting the destruction of data carriers, scales, etc.

How is the collection organized?
Collection takes place on the agreed date after the driver and vehicle have been registered accordingly. The handover of the data carriers is documented by the driver and contact person on site. The entire transportation is carried out at least in accordance with the requirements of DIN66399, supplemented by your specifications if necessary.
What safety precautions are taken during transportation?
As standard, the data carriers remain in sealed metal containers during transportation. The vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and operate with double crews where necessary. In addition, our drivers and employees are regularly trained in security protocols.
Is there a minimum or maximum quantity for the collection of hard disks and other data carriers?
There is no minimum quantity for collection. For very large quantities or a high number of locations, we can deploy additional vehicles and employees to carry out the transportation efficiently and safely. The dismantling and removal of IT systems up to entire racks is also no problem.
